How to use 3C Pharma Efirub Cold Snap?
Take one sachet three times daily, ideally in the morning, at midday and in the evening. Dissolve in a glass of warm water or fruit juice to make it easier to take. This supplement is designed to support you at the first signs of seasonal discomfort.
