How to take Arkopharma Arkocapsules cod liver oil?
Swallow with a glass of water, preferably spaced throughout the day. Dosage varies by age: 2 capsules daily (ages 6–10), 3 capsules daily (ages 11–15), and 4 capsules daily (adults and ages 15+).
For easier intake, take with a meal. For optimal omega-3 benefits, follow a course of several weeks as recommended.
