Preservision 3 Femme is a dietary supplement for the eyes and bones.
DHA and zinc help maintain normal visual function. The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 250 mg of DHA a day.
Vitamins C, E and zinc help protect cells against oxidative stress.
Vitamin D helps to maintain normal bone structure and normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.

It is important to respect the recommended daily dose, i.e. 2 capsules per day.
Preservision 3 Women contains fish oil (a natural source of Omega 3). To avoid reflux, it is advisable :
- Avoid taking Preservision 3 Femme with a hot drink
- Take Preservision 3 Women preferably with a meal to improve absorption, with a glass of cold water.
