How to use it
How to use the Bausch&Lomb ThermCool&Hot cold gel pouch?
For cold therapy: freeze for a minimum of 1 hour. Always check the temperature before applying to bruises or swelling. Store at room temperature after use.
For heat therapy: warm in the microwave for 30 seconds at 500W. Knead gently, then test the temperature before use. Apply for a maximum of 20 minutes to minor bumps and bruises. Never exceed 40 seconds of heating to prevent burns.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Heat and cold affect people differently; let your comfort level guide you. Do not use the gel pack before consulting a doctor if circulatory problems are suspected or known. Do not apply excessive pressure to the gel pack, as this may cause it to rupture or leak. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. If using on a child or someone with limited mobility, supervise them closely.
If pain persists, consult your doctor.
If the gel from the pack comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. In case of accidental ingestion, drink plenty of water and immediately consult a doctor or the Poisons Information Centre on 01 45 42 59 59. Discard the gel pack if punctured or leaking. DO NOT REHEAT THE GEL PACK MORE THAN TWICE IN ONE HOUR. If additional heat therapy is needed, wait a full hour before reheating the gel pack.
EXCESSIVE HEATING MAY CAUSE THE GEL PACK TO BURST, LEAK, OR CAUSE BURNS. Always use a clean microwave, free from food residue.
Do not apply hot or cold therapy for more than 20 consecutive minutes.
Use this product strictly according to the instructions. Monitor the gel pack while heating. If it begins to swell, turn off the microwave immediately.
