How to use Biofloral Four Thieves Organic Vinegar?
Take 1 tablespoon daily as a preventive measure, either neat or diluted in a glass of water. For enhanced benefits, increase to 2 tablespoons per day. This is best taken in the morning on an empty stomach or before meals.
Tip: Mix with a warm drink (such as tea or herbal infusion) to soften the taste. For optimal results, follow a 3-week course.
