How to use it
How do I use Gum Bi-Direction Proxabrush interdental brushes?
Slide the push button forwards or backwards to position the brush head.
180° angle: for the front teeth.
90° angle: for the back teeth.
Select the brush size based on the width of your interdental spaces. The shape may vary depending on location—cylindrical for incisors and conical for molares is recommended.
Do not force a brush through a space that is too narrow. Instead, use a smaller brush size or dental floss.
Gently insert the brush into the interdental space and use a back-and-forth motion.
Use an interdental brush after brushing your teeth.
Rinse the brush under water after use.
Replace the brush as soon as it shows signs of wear (typically between 10 to 20 days after first use).
Slight bleeding may occur during the first few uses but should stop afterwards.
