Do not use while sleeping. • Do not use on damaged or sensitive skin. • Individuals with (or at risk of) sensitivity disorders (sensory neuropathy) or circulation issues should not use this product unless prescribed by a doctor or specialist. Consult a doctor if in doubt. • Use with caution to avoid skin tissue damage (e.g., frostbite) or superficial nerve injury. • Caution: Heat may provide sufficient pain relief to cause burns. • Supervise use in children or individuals with cognitive impairments. • Discontinue use immediately if any discomfort or unpleasant sensation occurs. • If discomfort or pain persists, consult a doctor. • Never reheat a folded, cracked, or worn mask, as this may cause gel leakage. • Check for leaks before use. • Never use a damaged mask. Dispose of the mask if leakage is detected. • Caution: Avoid burns when handling with bare hands in the microwave. • If the mask is too hot, allow it to cool before applying to the face. • Overheating will damage the mask. • Do not reheat in a conventional oven or grill. • If microwave power is unknown, use the lowest setting (defrost mode) and heat in 10-second intervals
