How to use it
How to take Biotics Research Colon Plus?
Take 1 to 3 tablets, four times daily, always on an empty stomach and between meals. For optimal comfort, allow at least 2 hours before or after eating.
Begin with the minimum dose (1 tablet) to allow your body to adjust. Gradually increase if needed, without exceeding 12 tablets per day.

Ingredients per 1 capsule: 991 mg powder mix of: Psyllium powder; Mint leaves; Kelgin (alginate); Aloe Vera powder; Calciumascorbate (100 mg); Lactobacillus acidofilus (DDS-1); Flax seed; Bromelain; Apple pectin; Anise, Mannitol; Prune powder; Celery
Guaranteed free from gluten, yeast, lactose, soya, sugar, preservatives, flavourings, Perfumes and synthetic colourings.
Nutritional analysis for 4 capsules:
Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate): 75mg or 94%
Keep out of reach of Children, away from heat and moisture.

Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women without medical advice.
Allergic reactions (rhinitis, bronchial spasms, dyspnoea) may be caused by psyllium seed.
Discontinue treatment in the event of persistent constipation.
Bromelain may damage the intestinal wall if present in the intestine for a prolonged period.
Do not take within two hours of taking cardiac glycosides, salicylates, coumarin derivatives or nitrofurantoin (because of the psyllium).
Do not combine with a Minerals preparation.
