Mag 2 Cramp is a dietary supplement to be taken as a 15-day programme, with one tablet in the morning and one in the evening, to combat muscle fatigue and the appearance of involuntary muscle contractions.

The Mag 2 Cramp formula contains the maximum daily dose of marine magnesium to ensure normal functioning of the muscular system, as well as vitamins and minerals that also contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system*
*Magnesium, potassium, calcium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function. Magnesium, potassium, copper and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6 and B8 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Calcium contributes to normal neurotransmission.

How to use it
Adults and teenagers
1 tablet morning and evening. To be taken with a glass of water.
Take for 15 days, then repeat if necessary.
