Creatine is a tri-peptide of glycine, methionine and arginine. It is known to improve physical capacity, particularly muscular capacity, in the case of successive series of very intense short-duration exercises.
For athletes, NHCO Nutrition® Laboratories have developed CREATINE RBx, combining creatine with three active ingredients for the first time:
■ ß-alanine, an amino acid which is a precursor of carnosine
■ Ribose, a sugar used in the composition of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate).
■ HMB, a by-product of leucine Metabolism, studied with interest in association with creatine as part of physical exercise
