Taken after an effort or a particularly intensive training, Post Effort will provide you with the carbohydrate and protein necessary for a good recovery, as well as vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants to revitalize you.
The EAFIT Post Effort drink is used to ensure a supply of vitamins, minerals (calcium, magnesium, manganese) and anti-oxidants (zinc, selenium) essential for recovery after exercise.

How to use it
In accordance with regulations, spot tests conducted by an independent laboratory show that the products do not contain the main steroids found in the current World Anti-Doping Code.
Shake the mixture vigorously before consumption. To consume until 1:30 after the effort.
1.8 pods (65g) = 750 ml
1.2 pods (43g) = 500 ml
