(2) A multi-centre, randomised, open-label, home use, parallel group, clinical investigation of topically-applied MED3000 gel and oral tadalafil (5 mg) tablets for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) over a 24-week period - Futura Medical Developments Ltd – 2020 - Study conducted in 4 countries over 24 weeks with 100 patients aged 18 to 74. Comparative study between Eroxon and a systemic-acting stimulant - Primary study criterion: first signs of an erection within 10 minutes of product use. The onset-of-action criterion was highly statistically significant P<0.001. (3) As with all erectile dysfunction treatments, sexual stimulation is required for Eroxon® Erection Gel to work. It is compatible with lubricants and latex condoms.
