How to use Forté Pharma Magnesium?
For children aged 4 and over: take a maximum of 2 gummies per day. From 18 years: take 1 to 3 gummies daily, depending on your level of fatigue or stress.
Chew slowly for optimal absorption. Ideal for a 1-month course, which can be repeated if needed. Store out of reach of young children.
