How to use Gaviscon Gavidigest Constipation ?
For adults aged 18 and over. Take 1 to 2 capsules daily, in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before dinner, with a glass of water. For optimal results, follow this treatment for at least 2 weeks.
For prolonged use, consult a healthcare professional. Always check the expiry date before use.
Compositions & ingredients

- 250 mg chia seed powder
- 175 mg pea protein
- 100 mg polysaccharide extracted from tamarind seeds (xyloglucan)
