How to use it
How to use Sante Verte Somniphyt Flash 1.9 mg?
Place 1 tablet under the tongue each evening, 30 minutes before bedtime. Allow it to dissolve naturally, without water or chewing. This sublingual format ensures rapid and optimal absorption of the active ingredients.
For restorative sleep, use daily for at least 2 weeks. Avoid stimulants (such as coffee or tea) in the late afternoon and evening to enhance its effectiveness.
