How to use it
How to take Solaray Griffonia Plus St John's Wort?
Take 1 capsule per day, away from meals, with a large glass of water. For better absorption, take in the morning on an empty stomach or midday.
Allow a 2-hour interval between taking this supplement and any other supplement or medication. This product contains St John's Wort; avoid prolonged sun exposure during use.
