How to use it
How to take Pure Encapsulations Hair, Skin & Nails capsules?
Take 2 capsules daily, ideally with your main meals. Swallow with a glass of water to aid absorption. For optimal results, we recommend a regular course of 2–3 months to support hair vitality, skin health and strong nails.
