How to use it
How to use the Propos'Nature supplement?
Take 1 to 2 doses per day (2 ml for adults, 1 ml for children weighing 35 kg or more), with or between meals. Hold under the tongue for 1 minute before swallowing. Shake well before use.

Daily dose for 3 doses of 5 ml
- Manganese: 0.96 mg
- St John's Wort: 81 mg
