How to use it
How to use Jaldes Imgalt Lactic Ferments?
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a glass of water, away from meals. Suitable for the whole family (from 3 years old).
Take as part of a 1- to 2-month course, which can be repeated as needed. For optimal results, allow a 2-hour interval before or after meals.

Ingredients: Bulking agent: maize starch, vegetable capsule: gelling agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), lactic ferments (Bifidobacterium animalis lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
