Léro Natalience supplements your diet during pregnancy with fatty acids, vitamins and minerals, in particular:
- DHA(1), which contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain of the foetus and breast-fed child.
- Folic acid(2) (vitamin B9), which is involved in cell division, maternal tissue growth and reducing the risk of neural tube defects in the developing foetus of mothers with low folate status,
- Vitamin B8, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system,
- Iodine, recommended for maintaining healthy thyroid function and thyroid hormone production,
- Vitamin B1, which contributes to normal psychological functions,
- Iron and vitamin B12, which contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells,
- Vitamin D3, which contributes to normal blood calcium levels and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
(1) The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 200 mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily dose for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA. 1 capsule of Léro Natalience covers the recommended DHA requirements.
(2) The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 400 µg of folic acid daily, one month before and up to three months after conception.

How to use it
1 capsule a day, to be taken with a meal, before and during pregnancy and while breast-feeding.
