Before use, carefully read the leaflet inside the box.
 1. Open the packaging and gently remove the condom. Although durable, condoms can be damaged by sharp nails, jewellery, or teeth. Never use more than one condom at a time. Always change condoms between partners and sexual acts (vaginal, oral, or anal) to reduce the risk of HIV and STI transmission.
 2. Always put the condom on the penis before any sexual contact and only when the penis is erect, with the rolled rim on the outside. This helps reduce the risk of unplanned pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
 3. Condoms only unroll one way. Do not unroll the condom before putting it on. Make sure the rolled rim is facing outward.
 4. Pinch the tip of the condom to remove any trapped air and create space for semen. Air bubbles can increase the risk of breakage.
 5. Unroll the condom all the way down to the base of the penis. If it does not unroll easily, it may be inside out, damaged, or expired. Discard it and use a new one. If the condom slips or feels too tight, stop and check it to avoid tearing.
 6. Do not use oil-based lubricants (e.g. massage oils, body lotions, baby oil, butter, margarine, petroleum jelly) as they can damage latex condoms. Use only lubricants that are condom-compatible. Some topical medications can also weaken condoms – check with your doctor or pharmacist.
 7. After sex, withdraw while the penis is still erect. To avoid semen leakage, hold the condom at the base while withdrawing. Point the penis downward and remove the condom carefully.
 8. Tie the used condom, wrap it in paper and dispose of it hygienically. Do not flush it down the toilet.
