How to use it
1 to 2 tablets a day, preferably in the morning and evening with meals, with a glass of Water.
A 2-month programme is recommended, to be repeated if necessary.
Allow a break of 3 to 4 weeks between each renewal.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients : Maca extract (Lepidium meyenii Walp.) (root), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agent: dicalcium phosphate, bacopa extract (Bacopa monnieri L.) (whole plant), anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate, cimicifuga extract ( Cimicifuga racemosa L. Nutt.) (root and rhizome), zinc citrate, extract of maritime pine (Pinus pinaster Aiton) (bark) titrated in procyanidolic oligomers, niacin (vitamin B3), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, vitamin E (natural origin), vitamin B6, riboflavin (vitamin B2).
