How to use it
For delicious, fluffy pancakes, follow the advice of the EAFIT Proteins Chef:
- Mix 2 scoops of powder with 100 ml of cold or room temperature Water
- Take a good tablespoon of the batter and pour into a crêpe pan or a simple frying pan
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each face, depending on the Colouring you want and the size of your pancakes
- Once cooked, you can decorate them as you wish (with fruit, chocolate chips, etc.)
- Remember to reseal the bag after opening and keep it away from heat and humidity.
- Enjoy them!
