How to use it
How to use Biofloral Bach Flowers N°10 Wild Crab Apple?
Take 3 to 4 drops, four times daily, either directly under the tongue or diluted in a glass of water. For best results, hold for a few seconds before swallowing. A course of 1 to 4 weeks is recommended.
Tip: Avoid eating or drinking for 15 minutes after taking to preserve the effectiveness of the flower essences.
