NHCO Nutrition® Laboratories have developed Nutragest Maternity®, a complete formula tailored to the needs of pregnancy. It provides nutrients for both mother and foetus, carefully selected according to quality and safety criteria:
- 9 Vitamins, including a highly bioavailable source of folic acid, Optifolic, which helps to promote the growth of maternal tissues, natural vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12, which help to reduce fatigue, and natural vitamin D3.
- 6 Minerals: Chromium to help maintain normal blood sugar levels, Zinc to contribute to normal fertility and Breeding, as well as Iron, Iodine, Calcium and Selenium.
Nutragest Maternity® also contains DHA, an Omegas that contributes to the normal development of the foetus' brain and eyes*.
* The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 250 mg of Omegas EPA and DHA every day.

How to use it
2 beige capsules in the morning and 1 orange capsule in the evening.
One-month programme. Recommended throughout pregnancy and during the conception phase.

Ingredients :
Morning capsule: Lithothamnium calcareum source of Calcium, sprouted buckwheat seeds source of natural Vitamins B, VitaCholine® (choline bitartrate), anti-caking agents: magnesium carbonate and vegetable magnesium stearate, potato starch, L-Citrulline, vitamin B9 (Calcium L-methylfolate), Iron bisglycinate, Zinc bisglycinate, Selenium (selenomethionine), Chromium picolinate, Iodine (Potassium iodide). Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
Evening capsule: fish oil rich in Omegas, natural lutein extracted from Tagetes erecta flower, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and sunflower lecithin, natural vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Capsule shell: fish gelatin, humectant: glycerol.
