How to use it
How to use Epitact plantar cushion pads?
Before first use, wash the pads in warm, soapy water. Wear them directly against the skin (avoiding open wounds) under socks or tights for immediate relief. The soft silicone moulds to the shape of your foot for comfort.
Clean the pads after each use to maintain their effectiveness. Ideal for reducing daily friction caused by corns or plantar pain.

Composition: 80% silicone, 20% polyamide/elastane fabric
Laboratory-tested and validated, EPITHELIUM 26® is a silicone gel capable of distributing pressure and absorbing friction on the skin. It is the subject of a patent for being a "true substitute for human plantar cushioning" (2712487B1. 02/02/1996).
Indeed, it has the same physical, mechanical, and viscoelastic properties as plantar cushioning. Comfortact™ Plus pads therefore compensate for the failure of this subcutaneous tissue and effectively relieve excessive pressure under the forefoot.
Do not use silicone pads on damaged skin.
If you have diabetes, arteritis, polyneuropathy, neuropathy of the lower limbs, or varicose ulcers, consult your doctor or podiatrist before use, and monitor your foot during use. The strap may cause friction between the toes. Diabetics with neuropathy are therefore advised to avoid this solution.
