How to use it
How should I take Granions Probiotics?
For optimal results, follow these two phases:
- Take 2 capsules daily for the first 20 days (intensive phase).
- Then take 1 capsule daily for the next 40 days (maintenance phase).
Swallow the capsules with a glass of water, preferably in the morning. You can repeat the course 1 to 2 times if needed.
