How to use Purasana Miss Harmony hydration sticks?
Open the stick by tearing or cutting. Pour the contents into 250 to 750 ml of water, depending on your preferred strength. Stir well until fully dissolved. Ideal for starting your day or during times of hormonal imbalance.
Tip: Consume chilled for the best taste.
