How to use it
Apply 2–3 sprays into each nostril, 3–4 times daily.
1. Cleanse your nose thoroughly before use.
2. Shake the bottle gently.
3. Remove the protective cap.
4. Press the nozzle once or twice until a fine mist appears.
5. Insert the nasal tip into one nostril, press the nozzle and deliver 2–3 sprays into each nostril while inhaling lightly.
6. Wipe the nozzle clean with a tissue and replace the cap after each use.
For best results, avoid using other nasal treatments 15 minutes before or after applying this product.

INCI Formula: 99.4% naturally derived formula: Aqua, glycerin (26%), hydroxypropyl cellulose, rhinocyanin (derived from extracts of: Green tea (Camellia sinensis - leaf), Bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus - fruit), Cranberry (Vaccinium macrocarpon - fruit) and Elderberry (Sambucus nigra - fruit)); Essential Oils HEBBD: Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus globulus), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Borneol thyme (Thymus satureioides) and Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)
Read the instructions carefully before use and follow all directions. For topical use only (nasal cavity). Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date, more than 30 days after first opening or if the container is damaged. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Wash hands before and after use. Reserve each bottle for a single patient to reduce the risk of cross-infection. The product takes effect within 10–15 minutes of application and may cause significant nasal discharge. Do not reuse the product or apply any other nasal treatment during this period. Nasal discharge may last up to 4–6 hours, depending on the severity of initial nasal congestion. Do not use for more than 14 consecutive days. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

Do not use this product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Do not use if you are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.
Do not use in patients with asthma, fungal or allergic rhinosinusitis, or severe respiratory infections.
