How to use it
How to use Gum Sensivital sensitive toothpaste?
Use this toothpaste twice a day, ideally after breakfast and before bed. Apply a pea-sized amount to a damp toothbrush and brush gently for 2 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water.
For best results against tooth sensitivity, avoid very hot or very cold foods and drinks immediately after brushing.
