How to use it
Wash your hands thoroughly.
Pour the required amount of mineral or spring water suitable for infants, at room temperature or lukewarm (<40°C), into a clean feeding bottle
Use the pod in the lid to add the number of scoops shown opposite. Use the rim of the can to remove any excess
Close the bottle tightly. Roll it vigorously from left to right between your hands, then shake it vertically for around ten seconds.
Check the temperature by pouring a few drops onto your wrist.
After feeding your baby, clean the bottle, teat and ring with soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
