How to use it
How to use Solgar Liquid Melatonin?
Take 4 drops daily, either directly into the mouth or mixed with a drink. For best results, take 30 minutes before bedtime to support natural sleep onset. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
This liquid format allows for precise dosing and rapid absorption. Store the bottle away from light and heat.
