How to use it
How to use Stc Nutrition Hydra+ effervescent tablets?
Dissolve 1 tablet daily in 100 ml of water. Stir well until fully dissolved and drink slowly. Prepare the solution just before consumption: do not store for more than 12 hours at room temperature (or 24 hours if refrigerated).
Ideal for rapid hydration, best taken in the morning for optimal intake.
