How to use it
For hygiene reasons, boil the soother for 5 minutes before first use. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before giving it to the baby.
If water enters the teat during cleaning or sterilisation, squeeze it out gently.
Clean before each use with warm water and mild soap.
Avoid using harsh or abrasive cleaning agents (e.g. detergent, washing-up liquid).
Never dip the soother in sweet liquids or medication (risk of tooth decay).
For hygiene and safety, replace the soother after one to two months of use.
MAM recommends stopping soother use around the age of 3.
Compositions & ingredients
The composition may be subject to variations, so we advise you to always check the list on the purchased product.
Material: Silicone
Before each use, carefully inspect the soother. Pull the teat in all directions. Discard it at the first sign of damage or weakness.
Use only soother clips compliant with EN12586. Never attach ribbons or cords to the soother, as this may pose a risk of strangulation.
Do not expose to direct sunlight or high heat.
Do not leave the soother in sterilising solution longer than recommended, as this may weaken the teat.
If the soother becomes lodged in your baby’s mouth, do not panic: it cannot be swallowed and is designed to handle this kind of situation. Remove it gently and carefully.
