How to use it
How to use Pranarôm essential oils?
Apply 1 to 2 pure drops as needed: on the forehead for peppermint (to boost energy), in a massage on the skin for tea tree (for fungal infections and acne), or preventatively on the wrists for ravintsara (to support immune defences).
For cold sores or minor wounds, apply 1 drop of tea tree locally, 3 times a day. Avoid mucous membranes and always perform a patch test on the inner elbow first. For sensitive skin, dilute in a carrier oil before use.
