How to use it
How to use Superdiet Peppermint Clay tablets?
For adults and adolescents over 12 years old only. Take up to 8 tablets daily, preferably with meals. For optimal comfort, divide the intake into two doses (for example, 4 at lunchtime and 4 in the evening).
Tip: Take each dose with a glass of water to aid swallowing. Do not exceed the stated daily dose.
