How to use it
How to take Nhco Nutrition Calcium Amino-Chelate?
Take 2 to 4 capsules per day, preferably with meals for better absorption. Start with the minimum dose (2 capsules) and adjust as needed.
For optimal results, follow a 3- to 6-week course. Repeat if necessary, allowing breaks between courses to maintain balance.

Ingredients :Calcium bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, vitamin K2 (menaquinone), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
