Ingredients:(mg plant equivalent): bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate), stabilisers (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose), GABA (gammaaminobutyric acid) (100 mg), dry extract of California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) (75 mg equivalent to 75 mg PE), dry extract of valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) (66.67 mg equivalent to 200 mg PE), thickeners (sodium alginate, konjac gum), anti-caking agents (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicium dioxide), dried poppy extract (Papaver rhoeas L.) (37.5 mg equivalent to 150 mg PE), Vitamins (B3, B6, B1, and B12), dried passionflower extract (Passiflora incarnata L.)
