How to use it
Shake well before use.
For night-time awakenings or difficulty falling asleep: 4 to 6 sprays into the mouth daily.
For jet lag: 2 to 6 sprays into the mouth daily.
Suitable for individuals experiencing difficulty falling asleep and/or night-time awakenings.
Use for sleep difficulties, night-time awakenings, and during jet lag. Follow the recommended number of sprays as per the usage instructions.

Ingredients: stabiliser (glycerol), aqueous liquid extract of poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) (80 mg plant equivalent), aqueous dry extract of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) (25 mg plant equivalent), acidifier (citric acid), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), melatonin, natural vanilla flavouring.

aqueous liquid extract of poppy (Papaver rhoeas L.) (80 mg plant equivalent),
aqueous dry extract of lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) (25 mg plant equivalent),
