How to use it
How should you take Ortis Fruits & Fibres tablets?
Take 1 tablet daily, preferably in the evening before bedtime. Drink a large glass of water with it to aid absorption. Suitable for adults and adolescents aged 12 and above.
For optimal digestive comfort, combine this supplement with a fibre-rich diet and plenty of fluids.

Ingredients: Dry extract of rhubarb (Rheum palmatum L./Rheum officinale Baill.); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; concentrated fig juice powder (Ficus carica L.); dry extract of tamarind (Tamarindus indica L.); acacia fibres (Acacia senegal L.); coating agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose; colour: anthocyanins; anti-caking agents: talc, magnesium stearate.

Concentrated fig juice powder (Ficus carica L. – 80 mg/tablet);
