How to use it
How to use Biocyte Health Gastro Fluryl?
Follow this two-phase programme: for the first 5 days, take 2 white capsules and 2 green capsules at breakfast with a glass of water. For the next 5 days, reduce to 1 capsule of each. For travel, start 2 days before departure.
Always take the capsules together, preferably in the morning for optimal effectiveness.
