All microbiotic strains different and specific even within the bifidobacteria family.
Alflorex+™ strain is a fruit of a 15-year research and development.

How to use it
On top of a healthy lifestyle, take 1 capsule of SYMBIOSYS Alflorex+™ each day for 4 weeks.
Take the entire capsule with enough liquid (e.g. a glass of water, milk, soy, almond or rice juice). Avoid fruit juices, which are generally acidic and can cause damage to the 35624® strain.
Alflorex+™ may be consumed as part of a meal with fruit juice, as the food will help protect the strain 35624®.
Always close the tube tightly after use. Bottle sealed at time of packaging.
Best used within 30 days of first use. Do not store in the refrigerator. Store at a temperature below 25°C. Store in a dry place.

Ingredients: Calcium carbonate; corn starch; coating agent: hydroxylpropylmethylcellulose; Bifidobacterium longum 35624®; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids
Quantity for 1 capsule (daily dose) :
Bifidobacterium longum 35624® : 1 x 109 CFU* (i.e. 15% of the daily dose)
Calcium: 120 mg (i.e. 15% of NRV**)
*CFU: colony forming units

A period of adaptation is transitory and normal. It is important to continue taking SYMBIOSYS Alflorex+™.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement should not be a substitute for a healthy lifestyle and a varied and balanced diet.

As a precaution, the use of this product is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. For further information, please consult your doctor.
There are no known interactions with other food supplements or medicines. However, strain 35624® is a bacterium and as such may be inactivated by antibiotic treatment.
