How to use it
How to take Superdiet Hygiaflore?
Take 4 capsules daily with a large glass of water, ideally with meals. For enhanced effects, you may increase your intake to up to 7 capsules per day. If needed, divide the dose throughout the day (e.g. 2 in the morning, 2 in the evening).
This supplement fits easily into your daily routine. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day to support absorption.
