How to use it
How to use Nat&Form MelaZen Sleep Spray?
To support falling asleep: spray 3 to 4 times into the mouth before bedtime. Melatonin works most effectively when taken 30 minutes before sleep.
For jet lag: use 1 to 2 sprays on the first day and subsequent days. Take just before bedtime, ensuring you do not exceed 1 mg of melatonin per day.
Compositions & ingredients

Ingredients: orange blossom hydrolate (1), hydroalcoholic fluid extract of lemon balm leaves (2), orange blossom flavouring, melatonin, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), thickening agent: xanthan gum, acidifying agent: citric acid, preservatives: sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, sweetening agent: steviol glycosides from Stevia
Allergens present: fish, crustaceans, molluscs and derivatives.

Precautions for use

Limit the use of this food supplement to occasional use. Do not consume this product in combination with caffeine or caffeine-containing products.
