ActiveComplex Melatonin is a dietary supplement containing 1 mg of melatonin in orodispersible form. A natural hormone, melatonin is a key element in our body's circadian rhythms, our 24-hour clock. The human eye is equipped with light receptors that instruct the pineal gland to secrete melatonin as soon as there is less light outside.
We recommend taking ActiveComplex Melatonin around 30 minutes before bedtime. The effect of melatonin can be optimised by taking it at the same time every night.
