When you're doing Sport, it's important to anticipate your fatigue and boost your energy before it's too late.
APURNA® Long Distance Energy Gels have been specially designed for efforts lasting 2 hours or more and will help you meet your increased carbohydrate, vitamin and mineral requirements to help you go the distance:
- Source of BCAAs (branched-chain amino acids): help maintain muscle mass
- Carbohydrates: to maintain your glucose levels without drawing on your reserves (muscles and liver) and so prolong the duration of the effort
- VITAMINS AND MINERALS :
- Vitamins E and Zinc, which help protect cells against oxidative stress
- Vitamins B2, B6 and Magnesium, which help reduce fatigue
- vitamin B6, which contributes to normal energy Metabolism
Their liquid texture makes them easy to use during exercise.
APURNA® Strawberry Long Distance Energy Gel is made from concentrated blackcurrant and raspberry juice and natural red fruit flavourings (strawberry and blackcurrant).

How to use it
Take a Gel every 45 minutes to 1 hour of exercise. Remember to keep hydrated by drinking a hydration drink with the gel.
