The Energy-3H Energy Drink contributes to energy metabolism through vitamins B2, B6 and C and provides rehydration by increasing water absorption during exercise and helps maintain performance during prolonged endurance exercise through :
- His osmolarity
- Its simple carbohydrate content (dextrose, glucose syrup)
- Its complex carbohydrate content (maltodextrins)
- Its sodium content
By its vitamin content, Energy Drink -3h, contributes:
- The proper functioning of the immune system (vitamin B6)
- At energy metabolism (vitamin B2, B6)
- To protect cells against oxidative stress (vitamin B2)
Developed in the laboratory by specialists in sports nutrition, Energy Drink -3h is a drink particularly suited to intensive efforts, especially during competitions.

How to use it
Shake the mixture vigorously before consumption.
Consume as regularly as possible during the effort, ideally 1 to 2 full sips every 10 minutes.
Depending on the duration of your effort, dilute:
- 2 pods (70g) in 750ml of water
- or
- 1.3 pod (46g) in 500ml of water
This pot contains 500 g of powder or 10 rations of 1.3 pods.
