This sublingual spray combines melatonin with three botanical extracts – Sweet Orange, Lemon Balm and Chamomile – in a unique formula. Designed for those experiencing difficulty falling asleep or jet lag, it offers adaptable melatonin dosage to suit individual needs and situations. The convenient spray format ensures rapid absorption and is easily portable for use anywhere. Naturally flavoured.

How to use it
Struggling to fall asleep or dealing with jet lag?
Chronodorm Flash is designed to be sprayed under the tongue, 30 minutes before bedtime.
This food supplement combines melatonin with plant extracts and vitamin B6. Do not exceed 6 sprays per day.

Ingredients : Orange blossom Hydrosol (Citrus aurantium L.); Water; Stabiliser: Glycerine; Hydroalcoholic extracts: Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.), Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L); Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6); Melatonin; Natural grapefruit flavour; Acidity regulator: Citric acid; Thickener: Xanthan gum; Preservatives: Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate.
For adults only. Keep out of reach of Children. Follow the precautions for use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not consume if you are known to be sensitive to any of the constituents.
Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women, people undergoing anti-hypertensive treatment or suffering from inflammatory or auto-immune diseases.
May cause drowsiness. Use with caution when driving vehicles or operating machinery. Do not use in epileptics, asthmatics or people suffering from mood, behaviour or personality disorders without medical advice.
Do not combine with any other medication without medical advice.
