The energy drink + 3H contributes to the energy metabolism thanks to vitamins B1, B2 and B6.
In addition, thanks to its carbohydrate and electrolyte content, it helps maintain performance during prolonged endurance exercise and increases water absorption during exercise.
By its vitamin content the Energy Drink + 3h contributes:
- To the good functioning of the immune system (vitamin B6),
- At energy metabolism (vitamins B1, B2, B6),
- To the protection of cells against oxidative stress (vitamin B2)
Developed by sports nutrition specialists, Energy Drink + 3h is a drink particularly suited to long-term efforts, especially during competitions.
It can be used as a "waiting drink" three days before exercise.

How to use it
Shake the mixture vigorously before consumption.
Consume as regularly as possible during the effort, ideally 1 to 2 full sips every 10 minutes.
During the effort:
- 1.5 pods (50g) in 750 ml of water. The box then allows to reconstitute 10 cans.
- OR (depending on the intensity of the effort).
- 1 pod (33g) in 500ml of water. The box then allows to reconstitute 15 cans.
In preparation several days before the effort:
- 4.5 pods (150g) in 750ml of water. The box then allows to reconstitute 3 cans.
- OR (depending on the intensity and duration of the planned effort).
- 3 pods (100g) in 500ml of water. The box then allows to reconstitute 5 cans.
