Here are a few tips on how to use the Dorsafit Velpeau lumbar support belt correctly.

Before applying the brace, check that the elastic support straps are attached to the small green marker, without tension, and open the main Velcro strips.

Place the brace around your waist and centre the ends at the navel. Close the main hook and loop strips. Adjust the brace: make sure the anatomically shaped backrest is centred in the axis of the spine. Using the hand loops, tension the two support straps simultaneously and fix them to the large hook and loop area.
